I watched both vids. I’ve been studying social media for 2 years and I still don’t use it that much. When I was using Twitter I landed up spending a lot of time reading junk and actually like the 60-30-10… just socializing. All of the people I twittered with were other web designers and SEO’s and I have no idea how people make a sale to a client with it. But I’ll keep watching… thanks
